Overview

Adolescence and young adulthood come with real pressures — school, friendships, identity, family expectations, and the future all at once. Our youth support service gives teens and young adults a confidential space to talk openly, build coping skills, and feel understood. Practitioners are experienced in working with young people and use approaches that are engaging, respectful, and age-appropriate.

Our youth support service is designed for teens and young adults aged 13 to 25.

Confidentiality is explained clearly at the start. What you share stays between you and your practitioner, with very limited exceptions related to safety that are discussed upfront.

Yes. We offer after-school and evening appointments, as well as virtual sessions, to fit around your schedule.

With your consent, parents or guardians can be included in sessions when it would be helpful. This is always your choice.

Yes. Virtual sessions are available across Ontario, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
