Practitioners are experienced in working with young people and use approaches that are engaging, respectful, and age-appropriate.

Yes. We offer after-school and evening appointments, as well as virtual sessions, to fit around your schedule.
With your consent, parents or guardians can be included in sessions when it would be helpful. This is always your choice.
Yes. Virtual sessions are available across Ontario, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
