Laura Rossi-Diorio, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Metropolitan Toronto University in 1992 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor in 2018.
Laura's clinical practice is grounded in a client-centred, collaborative, and compassionate approach. She strives to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can share their stories, explore their challenges, and work toward meaningful change.
She works with adults experiencing concerns related to mental health, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Laura is committed to helping clients build on their strengths, develop resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and hope.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other client-centred interventions tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
