About Hello Social Workers
Hello Social Workers is a team of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists providing compassionate, culturally sensitive virtual care across Ontario. Our practitioners are registered with the OCSWSSW and CRPO.
We support individuals, children, youth, seniors, newcomers, refugees, couples and families — drawing on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EFT and trauma-informed care.

We triage all referrals from medical professionals. If we are unable to assist your patient, we will do our best to point them toward OHIP-covered or community services so they are not left without direction.
Hello Social Workers is not an emergency or crisis service. If your patient is in immediate danger, call 911, direct them to the nearest emergency department, or contact 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline).
